# Your brand, our production

> We manufacture car care, marine, industrial and carpet cleaning chemicals under your own brand. The formulation is developed in our own laboratory and produced at our plant in Tuzla.

## How the process runs

Five steps, from the first enquiry to dispatch. What happens at each one, and what is expected from you, is stated.

1. **Enquiry and sample** — We listen to which product group you need and the conditions it has to work in. We send a sample from our existing range, or prepare a first sample against the properties you describe.
2. **Formulation sign-off** — You trial the sample in your own operation. Adjustments to performance, dosage, viscosity and scent are made in our laboratory, and the formulation you approve is recorded.
3. **Label and packaging** — The artwork is yours: you send us the finished label. Drop it into the preview on this page to see how it sits on the container before anything is printed. What arrives is read against the product's hazard classification and the rules of the market it will be sold in, and if a warning mark or phrase is missing we say so before production starts.
4. **Production** — Production is scheduled against the approved formulation and packaging. It runs through processes audited under TSE and ISO 9001, and every batch is recorded.
5. **Dispatch** — The order is packed and shipped. The technical data sheet, safety data sheet and dangerous goods paperwork the product calls for go with it.

## What we bring to it

- **Our own laboratory**: Formulation is not bought in. Product development runs in our own laboratory, which is why an adjustment to the formulation can be made directly.
- **Four product groups**: Car care, yacht and boat, industrial general cleaning and carpet care. Made at the same plant, audited under the same quality system.
- **Label check**: You do the artwork, we do the regulatory read. The label that arrives is checked against the product's hazard classification and the rules of the market it is going to, and anything missing is flagged before production.
- **Export-ready paperwork**: We ship to Europe, the Middle East and Russia. Product documentation and shipping papers are prepared for the market the order is going to.

We have no minimum order quantity. Lead time and price depend on the product and the packaging, and we settle both once we have your enquiry.
