What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number and company name if you give them, the subject you pick, the text of your message, the IP address the form was sent from, the language you were using and the time you sent it.

When you read the site: the address of the page, its language, the domain of the site that linked you here, the time of the visit, and an anonymous visitor code that is regenerated every day.

Visit records hold no IP address and no browser details. Because the visitor code resets daily, the same reader cannot be followed from one day to the next, and these records cannot be traced back to a person.

There is no advertising network, social media pixel or third-party tracker anywhere on this site.

Why we process it

Contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry, to recommend a suitable product and dosage, and to carry out dealership, bulk supply and export discussions.

Visit records are processed to measure which parts of the site are used and to improve the content accordingly.

The IP address and the security check are processed only to filter out automated and malicious submissions and to keep the site and your data secure.

Our legal grounds

Contact form data is processed under article 5(2)(c) of the Law, as it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract.

Measurement and security data is processed under article 5(2)(f), on the basis of our legitimate interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Where legislation requires us to retain something, processing rests on the legal obligation in article 5(2)(d).

Who we share it with

Our hosting and infrastructure supplier, and only to the extent the service requires.

Cloudflare, if the security check on the contact form is switched on. That check only confirms a person sent the form; the content of your message is not passed to Cloudflare.

Public authorities legally entitled to request it, to the extent the request has a legal basis.

Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are kept for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation after your enquiry is closed, and deleted at the end of that period.

Visit records are held in a form that cannot be linked to a person and are therefore not personal data; only totals are retained.

If you want your message deleted sooner, writing to us through any of the routes below is enough.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the Law you may ask us whether your personal data is being processed and, if it is, request information about it.

You may learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, and know the third parties in Turkey or abroad it has been transferred to.

You may request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, request erasure or destruction within the conditions set by the Law, and ask that these steps be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.

You may object to a result reached against you purely through automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer loss because your data was processed unlawfully.

How to reach us

Send your request to the e-mail address on our contact page, to our registered electronic mail address, or in writing to our company address.

We answer free of charge as soon as the nature of the request allows and in any case within thirty days. Where the work involves a cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
